The theme is open. In this edition, marking the Metro’s Centenary, the only allowed setting is the metro, and not any other transport operated by TMB.

Yes, you can submit as many short films as you want, as long as they are original, unpublished, and meet the participation requirements.

You only need to request a permit if you wish to film inside metro facilities.

You don’t need a permit to film at metro entrances.

From October 21 to November 4, 2025, 20 international professional short films will be published on the website: 10 selected by the Subtravelling Festival and 10 by the SMIFF Festival (Seoul).

Visitors will be able to watch and vote for their favorites.

A double movie ticket will be raffled daily, and at the end of the voting period, a full year of free cinema at Cines Filmax Gran Via will be raffled among all voters.
